Not Receiving Email

If you are using an e-mail or SPAM filter, please be sure that you are able to accept e-mail from the following addresses.

If for some reason you haven't received your confirmation email after 24 hours, please check your SPAM filter messages. Please note that your confirmation email will come from community@connectpress.com. Please add this address as “okay” to your spam filters.

Spam filters: Spam filters may prevent you from receiving our newsletters, which are HTML format and include graphics. Our ability to delivery our digest newsletters to you, as requested, is contingent upon neither you nor your ISP blocking access to your email. Please authorize the appropriate email addresses, shown below, for the newsletters you have requested.

Not Able To Read Email

These digests are mailed in HTML code. Your e-mail client must be set to read/view HTML and not just plain text. If your client cannot read HTML, use the URL in the very first line of the digest you receive; paste that URL into any browser. You will be taken to the on-line version of the digest and can read it in your browser.

Not Able To Login

Our sites work best when cookies are enabled. This will allow you to revisit the site without having to login each time.

All ConnectPress Communities require enabled "cookies" in your browser. A cookie is like a key that allows you access to the Community while you are browsing the many Community pages. The Community puts a temporary cookie on your computer that expires when you close your browser (that is why you have to log in each time you visit the Community). We have found this to be the most practical yet non-intrusive way to give members access. If cookies are not enabled in your browser, then you will not be able to properly log in and browse in the Community. A common symptom of this problem: you log in and enter your correct password and are returned to the login screen repeatedly.

Why Do I Have To Login?

The Community websites require a login and a password. You can join any Community using the JOIN button in the upper left hand navigation box on the Community home page.

Membership in ConnectPress Communities is currently free.

How Can I Change Information On My Account?

To manage your digest account, in any browser go to http://connectpress.com/regmanage/ddoptin.php. On that page you can change your e-mail address and opt in or out of various ConnectPress Communities.

I Have Not Received My Activation Email

I Forgot My Password

If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot your password? and follow the directions on the following forms. Your password will be e-mailed to you for security reasons.
