After 30 years we have come full circle (pun intended). The original ConnectPress publications delivered leading edge material to select leaders. Over the years we graduated from topical newsletters to books and web portals, eventually serving over 4 million reader/subscribers.

Now much of that content is easily Google-able.

But the wisdom that comes from sharing in small, trusted circles is harder than ever to come by.

ConnectPress introduced Circles of Leadership in 2018 after years of bringing together ad hoc working groups on many topics. The Circles of Leadership program carefully builds small roundtables of supportive, non-competitive leaders to support one another on an ongoing basis. Typically meeting by video conference monthly, these long-term teams supercharge executive knowledge with cumulative wisdom, experience, and reach.  Circles of Leadership sometimes go by 'mastermind groups' and other descriptive titles.

How does it work?

We start with an interview to gauge interest and to ensure that you are a good fit with and are not in a competitive stance with other members of the circle.

How much does it cost?

Circles have various price points, please inquire for more information.  Typically, a one-year prepaid fee is required to keep your membership active.

Do I have to come to every meeting?

The more you participate, the more you grow and learn. Missing an occasional meeting is expected for busy professionals.  We ask that you commit to attending at least nine of twelve monthly meetings.  Missing more than that may terminate your circle membership.

CEO Leadership Roundtable SMB. Tentative meeting time: 7:30am Eastern time for 90 minutes on the second Thursday of the month.

CEO Leadership Roundtable Start Ups. Tentative meeting time: noon Eastern time for 90 minutes on the second Thursday of the month.

Engineering IT Management Leadership Circle. Tentative meeting time: noon Eastern time for two hours on the second  Wednesday of the month.
